2021-2022 Interstate Operations Analysis Plan for Future Improvements RFP

The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG) is soliciting proposals for an interstate operations analysis and plan for future improvements. The study will consist of a system-wide analysis of I-94 and I-29 through the Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area to determine future needs.  The RFP provides detailed background information as well as references to relevant past studies. The project budget is $400,000.
