Metro COG Policy Board and Transportation Technical Committee Meetings for 2019


The Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments (Metro COG) is the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the greater Fargo-Moorhead metropolitan area and is responsible for long- and short-range transportation planning and the programming of federal transportation funding.  It is administered by the Metro COG Policy Board, which is informed by the Executive Committee and Transportation Technical Committee (TTC).  Metro COG provides for public involvement in the transportation planning process and as such makes the Policy Board and TTC meetings open to the general public.


The Metro COG Policy Board generally meets the third Thursday of each month at 4:00pm. Additionally, the Metro COG TTC meetings are generally held the second Thursday of each month at 10:00am.

All meetings are generally held at the Metro COG Conference Room, 1 - 2nd Street North, Suite 232, Fargo, North Dakota.  Meeting agendas for Policy Board and the TTC are posted on the Metro COG website (www.fmmetrocog.org) in advance of each meeting, and paper copies are available upon request.

The approved 2019 meeting schedules are as follows:


2019 TTC Meetings:

1/10, 2/14, 3/14, 4/11, 5/9, 6/13, 7/11, 8/ 8, 9/12, 10/10, 11/14, 12/12


2019 Policy Board Meetings:

1/17, 2/21, 3/21, 4/18, 5/16, 6/20, 7/18, 8/15, 9/19, 10/17, 11/21, 12/19


Metro COG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule meetings and public notice will be given as prescribed in the Metro COG Public Participation Plan.

Meeting facilities will be accessible to mobility-impaired individuals.
